Martin Writer, DDS, MSD – Orthodontist
Dr. Writer’s goal is to deliver the highest quality dental care possible while exceeding the expectations of Anaheim Hills Dental Arts patients.
Dr. Writer’s educational background allows him to have the appropriate knowledge base in order to meet his goal. Dr. Writer is a board certified orthodontist who has been practicing orthodontics for 18 years. He received his Doctorate of Dental Surgery (DDS) from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA). Dr. Writer performed his orthodontic residency and received his Master of Science in Dentistry (MSD) at Case Western Reserve University, School of Dentistry.
“Orthodontics is a choice that the patient makes.” Whether your choice is Invisalign, Lingual Braces, Clear Braces or Metal Braces, Dr. Writer believes in helping his patients achieve the smile they want.
Dr. Writer is proud to lead a progressive study club for other dentists, which focuses on improving treatment and outcomes for Invisalign patients.
Dr. Writer participates in many dental societies and is a member of the California Dental Association (CDA), the Orange County Dental Society (OCDS), the American Association of Orthodontists (AAO), and the Pacific Coast Society of Orthodontists (PCSO). Dr. Writer is also a fellow with the World Federation of Orthodontics (WFO).
Dr. Writer participates with Invisalign’s Clinical Research Group, and has volunteered with the Children’s Hospital of Orange County on their cleft lip team.
Dr. Writer enjoys jet boating, and reading science fiction novels. He volunteers as a Cub Scout Leader, where he enjoys planning Cub Scout activities and teaching his Den about recycling, camping and good citizenship.
Robert Tripp, DDS – General/Cosmetic Dentist
Dr. Tripp takes great pride in providing general dentistry to each and every one of his patients. He believes that dentistry is both a science and an art.
Dr. Tripp has been practicing dentistry for 16 years. He received his Doctorate of Dental Surgery (DDS) from the University of Southern California (USC) School of Dentistry. He was a member of the USC Blue Ribbon Class of 1993. He has also studied at the prestigious Pankey Institute in Key Biscayne, Florida.
Dr. Tripp belongs to several professional associations - the American Dental Association (ADA), the California Dental Association (CDA) and the Orange County Dental Society (OCDS).
Dr. Tripp is a pleasure to work with as he is a man of many talents and hobbies. He is a twice published author. His short stories appeared in Single Parent’s Magazine in 1996. He enjoys building historical miniatures and has received many accommodations for his detailed artistry. Dr. Tripp belongs to the Southern California Area Historical Miniatures Society (SCAHMS) and builds historical miniatures; some of which are on display at the office. He also enjoys working on classic Mustangs and brews mead and beer with the Long Beach Home-Brewers Association.
